As a web and mobile app designed to keep teams and communities connected to mentored relationship and resources, it proved itself so effective at overcoming common barriers and generating productive positive outcomes, that MIT Media Lab approached HeroBridge for a multiyear collaboration. During this same period Mentor Hero won several AWS grants for innovation in sentiment analysis.

HeroBridge Media Technology and Mentor Hero were created by Deborah Connelly, a seasoned policy lawyer that worked on national subcommittees, inter alia Education, Labor and Technology (including the digital divide) for three United States Senators. Her vision of the Future of Work is based on real science, research, ethics and proven productivity that comes through human centered design.

Co-founder, Frank Connelly, is a corporate communications lawyer-strategist with decades of global workforce and community media technology development experience. He is a sought after thought-leader on the subject of a human centered Future of Work.
